The Challenge

Adoption Choices of Colorado, Nevada, and New York had the challenge of increasing birth parents, increasing adoptive parents, collecting, understanding, and utilizing data, and nurturing both birth and adoptive parents throughout the adoption process.

Each location was also very scattered with their marketing initiatives and campaigns. We were tasked with identifying duplicate and unnecessary efforts (specifically competing pay-per-click campaigns) and evaluating other campaigns and vendors.

The Solution

By identifying poor performing and duplicate campaigns, we were able to save each location nearly $2,000/month in unnecessary or wasted marketing expenses. After identifying competing and ineffective campaigns, we were able to create campaigns targeting both birth (primary target persona) and adoptive families more efficiently through diverse inbound marketing and advertising campaigns.

The Tactics

Tactics used to reach Adoption Choices' goals included landing pages, marketing automation, CRM, downloadable content, email marketing, blogging, search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising through Google, Facebook, and Instagram, and social media marketing.

The Results

Adoption Choices was able to hit their goals through our campaigns at all three locations, achieving a 54% increase in organic website traffic across all three websites, 682 net new leads across the three locations, 322% average increase in followers across all platforms for all three locations, and we were able to save them over $5,000 per month in mishandled marketing budget.
